Delayed shipping

I paid for one day shipping. I never received shipping updates and when I called customer service 4 days later, they said my order was never shipped and they do not provide one day shipping. That they are not responsible for what was charged as that is not something that they offer. I don't understand why it is an option if they will not abide to it.
