I initially purchased 150 black flocked heavy-duty hangers when I opened my wedding gown boutique in 2005. We loved them so over the years, we replenished them as needed. However, when I searched for the hangers on their website, I was unable to find them. I called customer service and explained everything to her. Customer service gave me the style number and from the photos and the description, they looked correct. I questioned the customization, and she reiterated that it's free. The hanger's hooks do not swivel and are completely stationary/immobile. Nowhere on the website does it state that the neck/hanger/hook portion does not move.
I immediately emailed them to ask about this and to let them know that these hangers are defective immobile and do not work. I asked to exchange them for the correct ones or to find out if this batch was just messed up. Instead of them calling or trying to clarify what the defect is, they simply responded with "Thank you for letting me know, upon reviewing your order we are unable to provide a return/refund as this is a customized order." On top of this hanger having an immobilized hook, they are light weight and not of the nice past quality. Save your money. Style NEQ - 16" Black Flocked Jacket Hanger is overpriced, and useless. I completed wasted $300.
