Good hangers / Bad customer service

Ordered 200 pant hangers and was impressed by the turn around time. 28 of the 200 hangers were broken but still was not dissatisfied. Contacted customer service two different times now to see what could be done about the broken hangers and have yet to receive a response. Now I am wondering whether to place my next order with this company or not.
