We are having issues with the hooks separating from the hangers that we just purchased. They pull out with minimal weight. The old Mainetti hangers have a wider crimp that keeps the hook attached to the hanger. The new ones do not. We have had to throw away dozens of your new hangers for this reason. I contacted the company via their website and my email and no one has reached out to discuss the issue.
